Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Membership Refunds

a.) Membership fees paid to the AMM Society are generally non-refundable.
b.) In exceptional circumstances, refunds for membership fees may be considered on a case-bycase basis, subject to the sole discretion of the AMM Society.
c.) Requests for membership fee refunds must be submitted in writing to [insert contact email] and include a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.

2. Event Registration Refunds

a.) Event registration fees are refundable only if the event is canceled by the AMM Society.
b.) Requests for event registration fee refunds due to participant cancellation will be considered as follows:

  • i.) Cancellations received 07 days prior to the event start date may be eligible for a [full/partial] refund.
  • ii.) Cancellations received after 03 days prior to the event start date may not be eligible for a refund.

c.) All refund requests for event registration fees must be submitted in writing to [insert contact email].

3. Processing Refunds

a.) Refund requests will be reviewed by the AMM Society on a case-by-case basis.
b.) Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.

4. Cancellations by the AMM Society

a.) The AMM Society reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, programs, or services at its sole discretion.
b.) In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the AMM Society, participants will be notified promptly, and eligible registration fees will be refunded.
